Communications Request Form  

Do you have an upcoming meeting, event or activity that you want the parish to know about?  Please let us know!  If you would like your event information published in our weekly bulletin, newsletter, website or Facebook page, please download and fill out the communications request form and email it to our Parish Administrator, pcurl@stbedes.org. You may also print the form and leave it at the church office, however emailing the form is preferred. If you have pictures, or artwork that can be incorporated with the request, please send those at the same time.

All requests are subject to editing for space and clarity by the Parish Administrator, Webmaster, or Facebook Administrators.  The Priest-in-Charge has final approval for all information requests.

Please be aware of the following deadlines:  
  • Weekly Bulletins:  no later than Wednesday at 12:00 noon for the following Sunday
  • Newsletter:           no later than the 20th of each month 
  • Webpage:             no deadline, but it may be several days before posting
  • Facebook:            no deadline, but it may be several days before posting
